The hot tub was down and it was absoluteley unacceptable, not to mention the disappointing breakfast that included undercooked sausage. After such inconveniences, I thought they would woudl ve given me a room upgrade or at least a complimentary snack, but that NEVER happened. This could've been a good review, but clearly that was too much to ask for,

Comfortable room, friendly staff, conveniently located, with a great complimentary breakfast, made our mornings enjoyable and a handy fitness center to keep us active .

Location: the hotel was next to the restaurants and eateries and most eating places. The staff was accommodating, we greatly enjoyed them all.

The King Room was really spacious and super clean, made chilling out easy. The beds were comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Checking out at 11 AM was great too, gave us time to grab breakfast and enjoy the indoor pool before we left. The air conditioning unit was pretty loud, though, a bit annoying at times.

The location was central, near many food places, Monticello, AR for business or pleasure and other restaurants. Furthermore, in the heart of the town. The rooms were quiet with twin beds, the staff were helpful.

The hotel was easy to find on the main highway, close to shops and food options. Our room was clean and came with a microwave and fridge, convenient for our large family, especially with a baby in tow. The lobby had a cute vibe.
My kids wished the hot tub was working .
